This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Jupitersense (“we”, “our”, or “the Developer”) on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the StackHero mobile application (the “Service”) and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• App: Refers to StackHero, the software program provided by the Developer.

Personal Data While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. If you use the App without creating an account, we do not store your personal contact information on our servers.

Usage Data Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

In-App Purchases & Payments The Application employs third-party services to facilitate payment processing (e.g., Google Play Store In-App Purchases). We do not store or collect Your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage our subscription and purchase infrastructure.

• Data Shared: We share an anonymous App User ID and purchase history data with RevenueCat to validate your subscription status and provide the Service.

3. Data Deletion & Account Requests

To comply with Google Play policies, we provide users with full control over their data.

• In-App Deletion: Users can request data deletion directly through the settings menu in the App.
• Web Request: If you have uninstalled the App and wish to have your associated data (such as purchase history or anonymous IDs) deleted, please contact us at ccjupiteresense@gmail.com.
• Processing: We will fulfill all deletion requests within 30 days, except where data must be retained for legal, financial, or security reasons (e.g., to prevent fraud or comply with tax laws).

4. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Law enforcement Under certain circumstances, the Developer may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us immediately.
